PECH-LATT Certified Organic Wines from Corbières, France
TERRES MÛRES is an AOC Corbières dominated by Syrah which gives it its roundness. The Carignan, for its part, brings a pleasant freshness and a nice acidity. Cuvée carried with patience, coming from vines chosen among all which gave this perfume of black forbidden fruit, protected by its brambles.

By Quentin Loisel, Head Sommelier of a two-star restaurant in Paris, who has built his career in starred restaurants in England and Latin America.
TERRES MÛRES is a blend of Syrah (70%), Carignan (20%) and Grenache (10%). The majority of Syrah gives a wine with lovely ripe red fruits, all roundness.
The Carignan brings a pleasant freshness and a nice acidity. Grenache completes this wine with notes of strawberry and silky tannins.
All these grape varieties come from Château Pech-Latt terroir, on our plots with shallow and limestone soils. The freshness of the soils and the fruit of a very present sun all year round.
A delicate and slow work in the cellar with repetitions in small pumping overs in order to gently extract the aromas and the silkiest tannins for a rounded Corbières wine.
Château Pech-Latt was a pioneer by adopting biodynamics as early as 1990, demonstrating an early commitment to respecting nature.
At Château Pech-Latt, the commitment to respecting nature is not limited to viticulture but extends to all our practices.
Our packaging is designed in an eco-responsible manner. Our labels are printed on recycled paper, our capsules are made of pure recyclable aluminum, and they contain no plastic. Our corks come from a sustainable economy, and our cartons are 100% recyclable.

Thus, Château Pech-Latt embodies innovation and sustainability, honoring its heritage while forging a future that respects the environment.
