Grape Varieties :

Blend of Grenache (80%), Carignan (15%) and Syrah (5%). The Grenache makes this wine an explosion of red fruits, balanced thanks to the carignan which brings freshness and a nice acidity. The Syrah highlights this wine with structure and substance. All the expression of the sun on these twenty-year-old Grenaches. The choice of controlled quality and quantity to bring out the fresh terroirs of Château Pech-Latt.

Vinification :

Extended vinification with a 20-day maceration, followed by aging in concrete tanks over several months. Delicate and slow cellar work involving repeated gentle pump-overs to extract aromas and the silkiest tannins, resulting in a rounded Corbières wine.
