Its spirit of resistance is that of its dominant grape variety which fights against the winds sweeping the region and the maquis, where the words of courage and patience are whispered.
A Corbières wine with an intense bright red color that immediately announces a nose of character: spices, violets, pepper and camphor. With great finesse, the palate repeats this spiciness, softened with red fruits.
Blend of Carignan (80%) and Grenache (20%). Carignan offers a fresh wine with spicy notes and the richness of its terroir. Grenache brings aromas of red fruits. Selection of old Carignans in goblets from an emblematic terroir of Château Pech-Latt.
Long vinification with 20 days of vatting, followed by aging in concrete vats over several months. Delicate and slow work in the cellar with repetition by small pumping over to gently extract the silkiest aromas and tannins.
