Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre, typical grape varieties of Corbières wines. From all the vines of Château Pech-Latt, on our clay soils and light alluvium on the banks of the Orbieu bringing lightness and finesse to this wine.

Vinification :

Long vinification of 20 days without added sulphites followed by aging in concrete vats for several months.
