It expresses the imperious quest for truth and quality that Château Pech-Latt combines with the unconditional, the fruit of a demanding dialogue with the land.

A dense garnet color reveals a precise nose, peppery with aromas of liquorice and blackcurrant bud. On the palate, these same notes unfold with suppleness and roundness, enriched with blackberries.

Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre, typical grape varieties of Corbières wines. From all the vines of Château Pech-Latt, on our clay soils and light alluvium on the banks of the Orbieu bringing lightness and finesse to this wine.

Vinification longue de 20 jours, suivi d'un élevage en cuve béton pendant plusieurs mois. Une légère dose de sulfites pour la plus grande stabilité aromatique de ce vin en fin de vinification.
