Our teams work hard to process all orders within 48 business hours. We have selected CHRONOPOST and UPS to send our packages to ensure quality service. The choice between these carriers is made based on the most favorable price according to the weight and delivery address.

In France, the delivery time from our carrier is 72 hours. In Europe, this period may extend up to 5 days depending on the destination country.

As soon as your packages leave our cellars, you will receive a shipping number that will allow you to track the delivery progress.

We currently ship our wines to France and 22 European countries, from neighboring countries like Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, and Italy to the Baltic states or Finland.
If the country you wish to have your delivery sent to does not yet appear in the possible destinations, please inform us by email at contact@pech-latt.com, and we will notify you once delivery to that country becomes available.

You can exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return your total or partial order within 14 days of receiving your order. The return shipping costs will be at your expense.
