L'Ile Ardente reveals a light garnet colour. Its peppery exoticism can be felt on the nose, continuing its path towards the Orient. On the palate, supple tannins and round notes of cumin and morello cherries when ripe.
Blend of Mourvèdre (50%), Carignan (30%) and Grenache (20%). The majority of Mourvèdre in this wine brings spices, tannins and length in the mouth. Carignan balances this wine with freshness and good acidity. Grenache brings aromas of red fruits. Double qualitative selection in the choice of sunny, windy and rich plots of Château Pech-Latt to obtain high quality grapes. A beautiful and pure grape to obtain this wine.
